How subscriptions work
Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval and the products will be automatically delivered by the shop after each successful renewal.
For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will get the products to your doorstep each month, without the need to place the order by yourself!
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below. The only time when the subscription can't be cancelled is if you started a subscription which requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it.
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop.
How can I skip or reschedule a charge?
You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.
What happens if the payment can't be processed?
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.

I have high hopes for this supplement. Before I found out about K10, I was giving my dog Equinity, as I give it to my horse and I read on the Equinity website it can be given to dogs. My 14yr old Aussie is moving better, less limping. Seems more alert and interested in life, he is interested in longer walks. I hope K10 continues this improvement.
We started giving our Gisele K10 because she was she getting stiff in the mornings due to an ACL injury from playing too hard. She would limp around and had a difficult time going up and down stairs. Our Vet said if it didn’t get better she would probably need surgery. Since starting K10 she is back to her playful self. She does’t have a hard time getting around and has the energy to play with Monroe (her puppy) again, surgery free. We also have noticed how soft her coat has become and no more issues with dry, flaky skin. We were so happy with the product we started giving it to Monroe . Monroe no longer has her daddy’s coarse hair texture and has become much softer. Those two can play all day together. Feels good as pet owners to give our girls a quality product like K10.
I have nothing but great things to say about this product! Loki, at the age of 2 1/2, was diagnosed and advised that TPLO sugary was needed. After a great deal of research we declined the surgery and started him on the K10 regimen. Since using K10 he no longer has lameness in his hind legs and they no longer tremble when he puts pressure on them. He is able to go on walks, which has resulted in the improvement of the atrophy in his hind legs. His skin and coat have never looked better. I will continue to keep Loki on this product for as long as it is needed. It has been a life saver for us and has brought back the young playful Rottweiler that Loki is.
my dog bruno has been suffering through a lot of allergies and mainly around his eyes, seen him a lot more tired, up until i started using K10, he’s always super hyper to play and his skin has cleared up so much in just a matter of weeks, noticeable chance, definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try something RELIABLE and amazing.

I have a two time national champion lab that I have hunted with for 10 years last year he started slowing down loosing his hearing and kinda slow getting up in the mornings…he has been on K10 for 2 months now and his coat is so shinny it’s crazy and hasn’t struggled waking up at all…he’s back to retrieving and I think I’ll get another year of hunting out of him!!! I can't say enough about this product my dog is 7 and has skin allergies and ear problems and all that has cleared up since using this product!!!! I highly recommend it!!!
My dog was definitely acting like an old dog on the front porch and wanted to just sleep. She was having stiff joints and and her coat shed like crazy. After 1 jar of K10 she acts like she is 5 years old and runs around, rolls over when she's happy just like she use to as a young dog. Her coat is soft and not falling out. As you can see in the picture she runs out to the gate and waits on me to get there. K10 seriously works and brought my girl back to her younger days. Thanks for putting out a solid product. Also if you have a horse I highly recommend equinety xl helped my 27 year old horse with joints and weight gain.
I have been using k10 now for a few months but I saw the results in days. My dog couldn't jump up into my SUV anymore. He also started to show signs of depression and hesitation to do much. He is now playing with my "actual" puppy in the yard and prancing around like he can keep up. He also had surgery recently, and the incision of the surgery healed up and closed in less than a week. So the wound healing aspect has been astonishing. I have started my other 1 year old dog on it to hopefully prevent later issues with her, since you never know what can ultimately ill our dogs.
All 4 of our rescue dogs are on K10 and the change is incredible! It benefits your dog's overall health and I've been able to take my senior dogs off the majority of their other medications and supplements which is a game changer, especially for my wallet. Our old boy Sailor has been able to stop taking rimadyl every day for his dysplasia and our foster fail Kassie has more energy than she's ever had! She used to go on slow walks every night but now she drags us around the neighborhood, her legs have stopped shaking and she's able to drop and roll in the grass like she never has before. If your dog is taking multiple medications/ supplements you need to try this! It's simplified our lives and drastically improved our babies quality of life.
K10 has forever, positively, impacted my dog Sage’s overall wellbeing. Sage has struggled with what I thought was just seasonal allergies for a few years now.
